Group Fitness
DX2 Fitness offers Group Fitness to provide clients with an accessible, personalized fitness experience while still training in a group setting. Group Training is an excellent option for anyone who's looking for a high energy environment with like minded people, training schedule flexibility and availability, and is looking to take strength training to the next level while having hands on coaching.
Every Workout Consists Of:
A dynamic warm up to prime the body to prevent injury
Strength training to build lean muscle and/or metabolic conditioning to promote athletic endurance and burn fat
A cool down to bring the body back to center with core and/or glute focused exercises that build mobility, stability and structure while promoting a lean, strong physique.
Pricing:
$20 drop in fee per class
$150 per month unlimited classes
Hybrid Personal Training
Hybrid personal training combines both in person and online personal training. This style of training allows for more accountability and hands-on experience than online training, but with a smaller financial investment than strictly in-person—without compromising results. Online Personal Training
Our online personal training solutions is excellent for those who are not intimidated by a gym environment, self motivated and want to take their physique to the next level. This option is perfect for those who have ambitious fitness goals and want serious results.
Online Personal Training includes:
Fitness assessment
Customized workout program (monthly progressions)
Custom calorie and macro breakdown
Lifestyle habit coaching
A weekly check in call to answer any questions, motivate and inspire the client to continue on the right path making progress

Private Personal Training
Private personal training helps clients to gain motivation, confidence, and consistency. This is great for someone who is new to working out and is intimidated by a gym atmosphere, or for someone who is looking for individual attention to reach their specific goals. Working with a private personal trainer is excellent for those looking to correct their form, wanting to create a new challenge, recovering from an injury, or that have a specific need.
Private Personal Training Includes:
One-on-one in person sessions
Individualized workout plan geared towards specific goals/needs that will be completed in a private environment
Custom calorie and macro breakdown
Weekly check ins
Fitness and nutrition coaching
Mindset coaching
Hands on training experience
Pricing:
Pricing varies and begins at $65 per session.
*A minimum of three sessions per week is highly recommended for new clients as well as individuals new to weight training.
Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition Counseling is perfect for anyone who is looking for guidance on WHAT to eat and HOW much in order to reach their goals. Whether that be losing body fat, building muscle or increasing training performance, eating the right foods, at the right times in the correction portion sizes has a significant impact on our physique as well as training output.
Nutrition Counseling Includes:
Custom macros depending on personal goals
Meal plan as well as suggestions on how to navigate eating out or attending social and family gatherings while staying on track
Weekly check-ins to assess progress as well as make any adjustments necessary to continue tracking in the right direction
Pricing:
$100 per month OR
$150 for a single meal plan and macro calculation
