About DX2 Fitness
We believe fitness is a journey, one that has no end. Our focus is teaching our clients foundational training and nutrition habits, ones that can be sustained for life regardless of what comes their way. We’re committed to building a strong foundation by mastering basic weight lifting, nutritional, and mobility principles, then further building upon that foundation to help our clients reach their strength and physique goals, sustaining their progress for LIFE. In order to provide each client with a customized fitness experience that suits their individual needs, we offer a variety of different styles of training. Our group training classes are focused on community and working together with other like minded individuals to reach your fitness goals while also having a structured training and nutrition plan so you know exactly what to expect and are empowered to take your fitness journey into your own hands. However, we also understand the gym environment can be overwhelming and incredibly intimidating which is why we’re focused on offering a safe, private space for our clients to train. One-on-one as well as group personal training are great ways to build confidence, try new exercises that you’ve wanted to experiment with but were concerned you’d have an audience watching, or work through any fears that stop you from stepping into a commercial gym.
